Returns/ Refunds

Overview

We want you to be proud and happy with your purchase decision.  You should appreciate though, that the exclusive designs have special buying conditions attached.

Because we understand though, that there may be matters making a previous purchase seem unwise, you are covered by a 14 day refund policy (less any deposits). 

To be eligible, just like with the steampunk resources, your item will be unused and in the same (sealed) condition you received it.

To complete a return, we also require a receipt/ proof of purchase.

Please don’t send your item back, till given instructions.

Refunds

In a situation when a refund is agreed, you may need patience.

If we’ve accepted the returned item but you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank about the transaction. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

All items are ornamental. It’s your responsibility then, to judge their suitability. That one item is more suitable to wear than another, is incidental and doesn’t warrant an exchange. They can be worn (and frequently are) at the owners risk though.

Safety

In addition to the responsibility to judge the suitability of wearing an item, you are also responsible for judging safety. For instance,  the mix of materials will change as new products are created. If you know you have allergies to particular materials, you must check with us  before purchase.  We will be able to clarify whether a particular item is safe for you. The creations often contain small parts that can be knocked off in use. This can be slightly annoying for you, but could create a severe choking risk to small children. Please consider this, when purchasing, as it doesn’t t imply the item needs returning.

Shipping returns

If an item is returned, you are responsible for shipping.

We don’t yet offer shipping or insurance for the creations. For this reason, we can’t guarantee we’ll receive a returned item.  If this is a concern, please use a tracking service & postal insurance.
